Add a New Layer. And bring it to the bottom again.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 24-arm1.sel and flood fill with the skin color #3.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 25-armdetail1.sel and flood fill with color #2.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 26-handdetail1.sel and flood fill with color #2.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 27-handdetail2.sel and flood fill again with color #2.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 28-armdetail2.sel and flood fill with the lighter color #1.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 29-armdetail3.sel and fill again with #1.

And thats your arm.  We just have to add some noise and a blur again.  So add 4% uniform noise and then .75 Gaussian Blur.

Ok Add a New Layer (this one can above or blow that last layer it doesnt matter).

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 30-arm2.sel and flood fill with color #3.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 31-arm2detail1.sel and flood fill with the mid color #2.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 32-arm2detail2.sel and flood fill the lighter color #1.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 33-arm2detail3.sel and flood fill with the mid color #2.

Ok add the Noise and Blur again Noise 4% Uniform, Blur Gaussian Blur .75.

And we are finished the other arm.

SAVE!
Add a New Layer. I put this one on top of both arms.

Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 34-dresstop.sel and flood fill with very pale green color #5. (You could try white to but I found it to harsh).

Now take your magic wand and click anywhere in the top you just made.  Then go to selections and invert.

Now we need to add a slight drop shadow go to effects > 3d effects > drop shadow and use these settings.

Vertical: 2
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 70
Blur: 7
Color: Light gray #C0C0C0

Ok by now it should be looking like a bit more like a person huh? lol.
