Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 7-eye1.sel and Flood fill with the darker skin color #2. Do the same with 8-eye2.sel. (This probably isnt really necessary but I think it gives a good base for the actual eyes.) Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 9eyedetail1.sel and flood fill with your choice of eye color. I used #214020 but you can use whatever you want to. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 10-eyedetail2.sel and flood fill with your choice of color. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 11-eyedetail3.sel and flood fill with black. If you have your image zoomed in it may look a little funny but it will get better and it looks fine when it is at its normal size. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 12-eyedetail4.sel and flood fill with black. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 13-lashes.sel and again flood fill with black. There are a few of these because I fiddled with the eyes a bit lol if you want to go ahead, you dont have to use mine if you dont want to. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 14-lashes.sel and flood fill with black and thats about it for my eyes.
This next bit is optional I did it but you dont have to or you can make it a darker shade if you want to. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 15-nosedetail.sel and flood fill with either color #2 or #4. I tried both and liked the look of each so its up to you or you can skip this step altogether and it wont matter much. OK and thats about it for the face. SAVE!
Add a New Raster Layer and place it under your previous layer either dragging it down on you layer pallet or using the layers > arrange > move down. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 16-neck.sel and flood fill it with the mid skin color #3. I know it looks odd huh lol. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 17-eardetail.sel and flood fill with the darkest skin color #4. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 18-neckdetail.sel and flood fill with the color #2. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 19-neckdetail2.sel and flood fill with #2. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 20-neckdetail3.sel flood fill with #2. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 21-neckdetail4.sel flood fill with #2. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 22-neckdetail5.sel and flood fill with the lightest color #1. Go-to selections > load from disk > and open 23-neckdetail6.sel and flood fill with the same color #1. Ok next we want to add some noise so go to effects > noise > add > and add 4% uniform noise. Now add a blur, Effect > Blur > Gaussian Blur and use a blur of .75. And thats our head done YAY! SAVE!
