Tuition and Fees

Payments are to be made in advance. Both tuition payments and extended hours payments are due on Friday morning for the following week. If payments are not made on time, a late fee of $10 will be charged for each day of non-payment. If payment is not received by the following Monday morning your child will not be allowed to attend child care until such payment is made. In order for me to feed, entertain, and buy supplies for your child, tuition must be paid in advance.

Payment may be made by either cash or check. There will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks, plus any fees charged by my bank. If you have a returned check, I will accept cash only.

You are charged for space and not attendance. If your child does not attend any number of days payment will be as usual.

If your child is not picked up by the contracted time there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per minute, per child. The time will be determined by my clock. Late charges are to be paid by the following morning.

The tuition schedule will be reviewed annually in September and any rate increases will be made at that time.

If you decide to enroll your child in my program, you will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to one week of child care. This deposit may be applied to your last week of care. A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $40 is also required upon enrollment for each child to help pay for special supplies.
