Holidays and Vacations

 

I will take most federal holidays off with pay.  I also take two weeks vacation, one week with pay and one week without pay.  At the beginning of the year I hand out my holiday and vacation schedule for the year.  Additionally, because I believe in furthering my education in child care, I will take up to 3 paid professional development days during the year to attend seminars and conferences.  I will give at least 3 weeks notice for professional development days.

If you take vacation time or days off during the year, you will still be responsible for making your tuition payments on time.  Many parents may choose to schedule their vacation time the same as mine.
