| In "Lucy Does a TV Commercial" you can clearly see Lucy smoking offstage with the living room set while Ricky is performing! What a blooper! |
| In "The Million- Dollar Idea", Ethel's middle name was Roberta, in "Lucy and Ethel buy the same dress", her middle name was Louise, and in "Ethel's hometown", her middle name was Mae. |
| In "The Ballet" Fred's ex-vaudeville partner was named Ted Kurtz and in "Mertz and Kurtz" it was Barney Kurtz. |
| When the Ricardos are on their way to California, Episode # 111, "First Stop", when Lucy gets out of the car to read the sign about Aunt Sally's pecan pralines, her coat is gray. When she gets back in the car, it's black again! |
| In episodes originally broadcast only a month apart in 1952, Ricky mentioned that he and Lucy had been living in the Mertzes apartment building for 5 years, then 9 years, and a few segments later, he gave the exact move-in date, August 6, 1948. By 1954 it had suddenly leaped to 12 years! |
| Ethel seemed to lose her driving skills. In the 1953 episode "The Camping Trip" she was able to drive a car; a year and a half later , she asked Lucy to teach her had to drive! |
| The Ricardos' telephone number went from MUrray Hill 5-9975 to CIrcle 7-2099 and two years later to MUrray Hill 5-9099*. *Oppenheimer recalls it was changed to make sure that the number did not exist so fans would not attempt to call them! |
| Ethel was a fine piano player, she displayed her talents in several episodes such as "Breaking the Lease" and "The Ballet".In 1957, she could barely play "She'll Be Comin' Round the Mountain"(not mentioning she couldn't play "Sweet Sue" a number she played very well in "Breaking the Lease"). |

| In "Lucy Is Enciente" Desi makes a mistake while singing "Rock-A-Bye-Baby". He sings "when the wind blows, the cradle will fall " instead of" the cradle will rock! But, the scene was so perfect that they didn't redo it!!! Good Move !!! |
