2. Martin {2} Honaker, Jr. (Martin, Sr.{1}. Born in 1798 in Russell Co., Va. Died in 1866 in Russell Co., Va. In the 1850 census for Russell Co., Va., Martin Jr.'s family is listed as household #1691. By the 1860 census, however, they were in Richlands, Tazewell Co., Va.

He married his first cousin, Nancy Honaker, daughter of Nicholas Honaker and Anna Long, in 1816 in Russell Co., Va. She was born in 1794. Although the 1850 census gives Nancy's birthplace as Russell Co., Va., it is believed that she was born in Wythe Co., Va. She died in Russell Co., Va. Children:

3. Isaac {2} Honaker (called Shop) (Martin, Sr.{1}). Born in 1801 in Russell Co., Va. Died 6 May 1890 in Russell Co., Va. Buried in the Whitt Family Cemetery near Honaker, Russell Co., Va. He was a gunsmith and Carpenter. It is said that Isaac built several houses in the "Old Honaker" area of Russell Co., Va. Among them was the old Aston House. He also operated a mill at Gardner on the Clinch River and another near Blackford, Russell Co., Va. A great granddaughter, Clarissa Stump, remembered Isaac Honaker as a large jovial man, riding a white horse. He married Sarah Whitt (called Sallie), daughter of James Whitt and Mary Unknown in 1824. Born in 1808 in Russell Co., Va. Died 20 Dec 1879 in Russell Co., Va. Buried in the Whitt Family cemetery near Honaker, Va. In the 1870 census, they were living in the New Garden Township, Russell co., Va. Children: 15 i. Martin{3} 16 ii. James. 17 iii.John (called Johnny) iv. Celia (called Sele). Born 26 Jun 1834 in Swords Creek, Va. She married Harvey taylor. 18 v. Isaac William (called Billy) 19 vi.Mary (called Polly). vii. Elizabeth. She married Unknown Hess. There is some disagreement among researchers as to whether Elizabeth was a child of Isaac and Sarah or some other Honaker. She is listed here until itcan be established that she belongs somewhere Mo., and is buried in the Shilo Cemetery, Morgan Co., Mo. She married, first, Richard Calvin Bradshaw, son of William Bradshaw and Nancy A. Weaver, 18 Jul 1889 in Morgan Co., Mo. Born 20 Sep 1868. Died 3 Feb 1931 in Morgan Co., Mo. Buried in Union Cemetery, Morgan Co., Mo. There were no children. Richard Calvin then wed Lulu Jane Braden 21 Aug 1900. In turn, Nannie married, second, 1871. Died in 1932. Buried in Shilo Cemetery, Morgan co., Mo. There were no children. x. John. Born in 1876 in Virginia.

14. Mary Anne{3} Honaker (called Polly) (Martin, Sr.{1}). Born in 1832 in Russell Co., Va. She married Anderson Coe 10 Aug 1857 in Russell Co., Va. They were married by E.Ferrell. Born circa 1836 in Surry Co., N.C. In the 1860 census, they were living in Richlands, Va. Children: i. Nancy{4}. Born in 1859. 57 ii. Nicholas (called Nick)
