For whatever reason, the Potterverse lends itself to a lot of extremely silly fan productions. Here are some of my favorites, guaranteed to induce at least a giggle in almost anybody. (Most of these were designed for people aged 13 and up; I am not responsible for the content of any sites you may visit.)
The Usual Suspects -- just a very amusing picture.
The PotterPotter Movie -- I don't know anyone who can keep a straight face while this is playing! It's really, really silly.
Potter Puppet Pals -- still one, or rather two, of the most entertaining cartoons I've ever seen. Have you managed to find the hidden sequence in "Trouble at Hogwarts"?
Choose Your Own Damn Harry Potter Adventure -- The Brunching Shuttlecocks are a bunch of funny people from California who develop online toys every week to amuse the rest of us. You, the lucky Muggle, have managed to sneak into Hogwarts. Can you find Harry and get his autograph without getting killed by something? (Very tongue-in-cheek, but fun all the same!)
Which Marauder Are You? -- I solemnly swear I am up to no good...find out whether your personality is more like that of Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, or Prongs.
Things I'm Not Allowed to Do at Hogwarts -- I can't even describe it, except that it might make you hyperventilate. Basically, these are lots and lots of things that the students at Hogwarts aren't (or shouldn't be) allowed to do.
