Yeppers, you guessed it. My favorite color is PINK!!
So, since you're here, I'm assuming you wanted to
know a bit more about me.
I was born and raised in the majestic Rocky
Mountains-USA! And I love living here. The
beautiful snow-capped mountains
gives me sense of serenity and peace of mind.
I have two children, both boys. And, they grace
my life with pleasure and love. Tho challenging
they can be at times. My oldest is at
the teen-age stage of "mom is dumb, and life is
boring"! Hehehehe---oh, I remember those days.
And for this, I appologize to my parents for doing
to them, what I'm finding out with my two boys---
raising teenagers and siblings, Whew!!! It's work!
Speaking of work. I am a full time employeee at
a large national company. I am a supervisor. On
the floor, I have working for me, 35 other employees.
This too is challenging, and rewarding at the same
time. I really enjoy my work. To be truthful,
sometimes I think work at the office is easier
than the work I find at home. Don't get me
wrong, I love my family.....but as my Dad used to
say after a couple of weeks vacation: "I go back
to work just to have some peace and quiet". LOL!!
I collect pigs! Pictures of them, posters of them,
ceramic pigs, pig earrings, pig magnets,
stuffed ones, suncatchers of pigs.....you name it.
Our house is filled with pigs. And I love the
real ones too! Newly born piglets are soooo cute!!
Also, in my free time (did I just say free time?),
I love movies. Here again, I thank my parents for
my love of the cinema. We always used to go to the
movies when I was a kid! My first one I went to
was when I was just a babe....."Butch Cassidy and
the Sundance Kid". And, believe it or not, it's still
a favorite of mine, tho now a movie classic.
I enjoy the old west culture, and
Native American history. I love
to fish, and when I get a chance, go with my
husband for a weekend in the cabin. I also
love to read. Most subjects interest me, I
just completed, the "Left Behind" series...
So far, the books really have my attention
to say the least!!
As for food...Mexican food is the best!
The spicier the better (I'm picturing my
grandfather now....he used to have a
huge garden, and always grew
jalepeno peppers....it used to be
a ritual to see who could eat the
peppers raw, without breaking out in
a sweat!)....sorry, now where was I?
Oh yes, hot and spicy Mexican food....
tho, not too hot. *g* I'm addicted to Pepsi and
my computer.....great combination don't you think?
Music? I love music. And of course...
The band, U 2 has my attention!! They're
great, and their songs are tops. I've been
an avid fan for generations. Since High School.
And bagpipe music....wow. I have tapes and cd's
of Irish folksongs. Tho Amazing Grace is indeed
Scottish, it's one of my most favorites. It
makes me stop what I'm doing and just sit and
listen!! And dream....
Speaking of dreams, mine is to one day travel to
my ancestors' homeland and see the beauty of Ireland!
Anyone got tickets for me? *winking*
Well, that's all I can think of right off hand.
Maybe sometime, when I can come up with more
that pertains to me.....I'll add more.
Thanks for your interest, and do come back.
Hope you visit more of my Irish heritage pages
or, my family! (link back to my homepage is

happiness.....bye bye for now!
