Prospective Owner Questionnaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist us in determining which individual cat(s) is best suited for a prospective home. In this way, I hope to insure a match that will result in a permanent and happy relationship for new owner and kitten/cat alike. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A KITTEN OR CAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU. If a cat/kitten is not available at or near the time of submission, I will be happy to refer you to other reputable breeders. Please note that all pet cats/kittens are sold already neutered/spayed.

To be considered for a cat, you must:
1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household.
3. Have a verifiable means of identification.
4. Have your landlord's consent to bring an animal onto the property.
5. Agree that Lada Cattery has the right to deny any application and the right to place one of our Abyssinian is the sole decision of Lada Cattery.
