Guarantee and Responsibilities
- Under no sircumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased, abandoned, given away, or sold to any pet store, animal broker, research labaratory or similar facility without first obtaining the written permition of the Seller to do so. Seller shall have a 14 day right of first refusal at original price prior to sale or placement of this animal. If you cannot keep your pet, it MUST be returned to the seller. We will not reimburse any portion of the purchase price until your pet is resold.
- This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not to be allowed to roam freely outside.
- Purchaser agrees not to declaw this cat/kitten, nor confine this cat/kitten to a show size cage, nor to suffer abuse or neglect.
- If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender that cat/kitten without financial reimbursement, to seller, unconditionally.
- Have your kitten/cat examined by your vet within five (5) days of purchase. This exam is at your expense and is to assure you of the health of your new purchase, as well as to let your veterinarian get a baseline for future treatment. During this five (5) day period, you may return the kitten for a full refund of your purchase price, minus seller's expense. If for medical reason, provide a copy of the vet statement. Exam and vaccination expense will not be reimbursed. If you authorize medical treatment, you are responsible for payment. After 5 days, the cat can be returned for a replacement if a terminal genetic defect is found and verified by my vet.
WARNING: Your contract will be invalidated if you permit your vet to administer an FIP Vaccination, or to administer more than one vaccine at one time. We have determined this practice to be dangerous. We do not vaccinate for Felv or Chlamydia as the health risk to cats tested negative is prohibitive. Breeders are tested.

I understand and agree to abide by these terms. I also understand that failure to abide by this contract could result in repossession of the kitten by the seller, with no reimbursement made.
Seller guarantee this pet to be free from life threatening disease for a period of five days from purchase. Vet expense for ailments listed in the disclosure statement, MAY be covered, but must be agreed upon in advance of treatment. This portion of the guarantee does not include expense for exam or vaccinations. After the 5 day period, the cat may be returned for a replacement of equal value if found to have a terminal genetic defect. No cash refund will be given after 5 days, unless a replacement is not available for six months.
LADA cats are tested free from FeLv and FIV. They are registered CFA, as appropriate.
