We spent just the morning here, leaving around lunch to finish a visit to Magic Kingdom... a place that takes at LEAST two days to see the minimum.
Things we missed: We didn't hit all the slides, but the ones we rode were great fun and had enough speed to satisfy most chicken hearts. Die hard roller coaster buffs might not find it heart racing exciting, but it popped enough veins to keep the kids and me happy!
Things we'd spend more time on: The actual lagoon with the big wave generator. Great fun. You just can't get turned over often enough by an eight foot wave bearing down on you and not come up laughing.
Ranking: 4.5 out of 5. Even though it was busy, there was still a
place for our family to find a quiet man made beach on perfect sand with
loungers to lie upon and soak up some clouds.

You can see this cute little guy just as you come up the rise after entering
Typhoon Lagoon. He's fairly quiet, but he'll stare you down if you get too
close. Take your picture and move on! There's fun up thar ahead!
Also at the beginning of Typhoon Lagoon. An easy place for a staged photgraph.
That's Krystal (left), Jennifer (middle) and Alyssa (are they EVER in any
other order?) trying to control their enthusiasm as we head up towards
the giant wave pool.

The first thing we did when we got to Typhoon Lagoon was take a ride around
the park on this slow moving creek. It was GREAT fun dunking each other. You
also get a good look at the park, where a good place to lay your towels is,
where the bathrooms are, where the snack bars are. Do this first to
orientate yourself to the park and to see what's available.
