Beauclerc, Duke of Normandy and Lion of Justice. He is buried in Abbey
church at Reading. Henry acknowledged 20 illigitimate children. He was
married first to Matilda or Edith Matilda of Scotland and 2nd to Adeliza, the
daughter of Geoffrey Barkatus, Duke of Lorraine and Count of Brabort in 1121.
We have William, Richard, Constance, Alice, Sybil, Eustace for which we have
no mother named.

PA calls him the 3rd Earl. He may have had a wife before Bertrade. We know
Amicia of Chester is his daughter and not Bertrade d'Evereux de Montfort's.
