NATURAL LAB PROJECT INTROS FROM CHINHOYI |
|
|
Sorry for taking long to respond. I have been out of office on a computer outreach programme for the past two months. I have the list of activities for
the project from the web site. The students will be working full time on the project as from next week on Monday (1 October 2001).
As for me I work as an ICT Resource teacher at Chinhoyi WorLD Centre in Zimbabwe. The main thrust of the program is to get pupils engaged in
collaborative projects. When pupils are not engaged in projects, we emphasise on training the schools on how they can use IT across the curriculum.
I turned 27 on the 21st of July. l am being the first born in a family of five boys. I am married to Kudzai.
My life basically revolves round the computer lab. When I am not working I am doing some desktop publishing work on the computer. My family and wife
are all interested in computers, so I guess no-one complains my spending a lot of time
on the computer. My other hobbies are playing chess and social basketball (if there is free time!!!).
Anyway hope to know more about each other as the project goes on.
Enclosed for now is a photo for myself. I will send the photo of the pupils soon.
Regards,
Justin.

Thanks! We'll be sure to include this. I am copying the coordinators of the Medicines in Our Backyard Project so that they will know of your work too. They are working in iearn.medicine, so perhaps there can be sharing between iearn.medicine and iearn.latina.
