| What is Keep on Trucking? Keep on Trucking follows Manning Street's Get Going class (although you need not have taken Get Going to take Keep on Trucking). Keep on Trucking will offer more challenging assignments of moderate length in order to really build muscle, tone and enthusiasm for our writing practice. The course is designed for all ability levels and range of experience. In this course writers and readers will participate in class exercises as well as completing work done in their own rooms (whether that's at home or in a cafe or at the library or wherever you like to write). We will share the work we feel comfortable with and challenge one another with constructive criticism. . Philosophy Manning Street's philosophy is that every writer needs a safe space to share their work or to begin learning. However, Keep on Trucking will offer constructive criticism, but always in the spirit of helping writers to see beyond their own borders. And every writer, no matter where they are on the experience train, needs to practice, to continue expanding their discipline and hone their talent.
