Beyond The TV Years Part 4: The Audios
Colin Baker continues to reprise his role as the 6th Doctor in the audio format. In his new audio dramas, the 6th Doctor is now depicted with additional companions between his two TV assistants: Frobisher (the mesomorphic detective first portrayed in his comic strip adventures), Dr. Evelyn Smythe (a mature history lecturer) and Charley Pollard (an Edwardian adventuress who has already travelled with a future incarnation of the Doctor!). In the audio adventures Frobisher is played by Robert Jezek, Evelyn is played by Maggie Stables and Charley is played by the very delectable India Fisher. Doc no.6 also met the Brig for real in The Spectre of Lanyon Moor. Other companions have since joined the 6th Doctor in his adventures...
