Today we went to Kakeroma Island, just across the straits from Shira's house. We took the ferry over, and rented a car on the other side. But poor Shira forgot her bag and had to go back. And I left my wallet on the ferry and had to run back to get it before it left again. Then, when Shira was coming back, the ferry broke, and she had to take a water taxi. It was a comedy of errors, but all turned out all right. Even though Kylie managed to dump a load in the middle of the dressing room at the beach.
In the evening, we had a nice BBQ dinner at the hotel. Kylie enjoyed running around the table, accepting food from everyone but her father.... Hmmm..... |
