Today is "White Day" in Japan, where all the men get to buy and give candies to the women in their lives. So I bought some cookies for my women, and they got some more goodies from Pastor Sugao after church. Then it was off to sushi and a hard day of gardening for dad, while Kylie helped me by standing on the equipment, picking up pieces of straw, and feeding her mommy and I some imaginary food. Busy little girl. After her afternoon nap, Kylie took a walk to the convenience store and back (I went with). Then, at nine-ish, she fell asleep in my arms in the rocking chair, in the middle of "Lavender Blue" from the book of nursery rhymes her Grandparents in the US gave her. What a beautiful feeling!
