Today was cleanup day! Kylie enjoyed following us around as we cleaned, and picking up dusty things and licking them. So we decided on a division of labor. I was the cleaner, Mayuho was the caregiver. Then when Kylie took her nap, we were a team. We took the crib apart, and cleaned up the space where it was, and now it is a fabulous parent-child oasis, with the gliding rocker and some toys for the baby. Perfect!
In the evening Kylie fell asleep in my arms as we watched the teletubbies. At first, I pretended to be asleep, then I actually dozed off. When I woke up with a crick in my neck, she was sleeping in my arms. Ahh.... |
