Bob's Pulled
The driving is all viewed from above, giving a nice view of the road around you, you will have to arrest litterbugs and other simple crooks to begin wuith, these dont take too much hassle to arrest, you just point your siren at then and give it a quick blast, and hey presto one arrested litterbug.
But as you progress through the levels you soon come up against some nasty types such as murderers, these have guns and can shoot at you!!

Luckily you can also buy guns, but be careful where you shoot, if you blow up an innocent car you will get a demerit on your license, too many of these and your for the chop!
On certain days of the week, you will find that there is a super criminal in town, if you find this guy you must ram him of the road with your car!
But you can decide to leave these and just go after normal criminals.

If you do catch the super criminal, you will take him back to the station, and you must beat a confession out of him before the Sergent gets to the room, this is done with a simple joystick waggleing section, ala Hyper sports.
There are shops on the huge map, where you can buy goods for your car, like extra speed and Acceleration or even guns!

You will need money to buy these though, money can be earnt from completing a days work, or it can be found in little bags on the side of the road.
There are tonnes of secret areas in this game,  just drive off the road and you will find some nice areas with extra time and money, or the chance to get some of your demerits removed.
This game is the true predessesor of thye later Grand Theft Auto games, this is the closest thing to the first two games, in view and in the amount of freedom.

One bad point is that although the scrolling is mostly perfect, there is sometimes a bit of jerky scrolling.
