TECHNIQUES ARE CONDUCTED ON A ONE-ON-
ONE APPLICATION
Courses are reality based, designed with an average woman
in mind and covers all necessary angles in dealing with larger
and stronger assailants.
TYPES OF COURSES
i. Course that runs over a period of weeks
ii. Workshop to meet the requirements of the participants

BASIC COURSE
* Creates awareness and teach avoidance and
breakaway techniques
* Identifies the behaviors that could lead to aggression
* Recognises and understands body language and how
it gives signs of impending aggression
* Learning safety precautions while in lonely places
* Practical defence
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
* Teaches control and restrain ( C & R )
* Deals with close quarter attacks
* Teaches disarming of static weapon
* Equipping trainees with safe holding techniques
* Identifying damaging and non-damaging joint pressure
* More practical defence and simulated attacks
ADVANCED COURSE ( Available only on application )
* Composit techniques that includes striking,
punching, kicking, take-down, pinning, grappling
and strangle holds
* Disarming the assailant
* Vital point identification
* Offensive defence
