The Sale Deed related
All beneficiaries are requested to fill the (1) Membership form (2) Nomination form and (3) Sale Deed Input form for the purpose of execution of Sale Deed.
The Execution of Sale Deed is on the hold since the 1st of April 2008 for the announcement of the revision in jantri (land price) for Bopal Area by the State Government. The process shall resume with the revised rates as soon as the new jantri rates are announced.

Note: All beneficiaries are required to clear all outstanding recoveries against their flats before initiating the processing of sale deed
All payments of recoveries should be made in advance through cheque/draft in favour of "The Kendriya Vihar Cooperative Housing Service Society Ltd. payable at par in Ahmedabad OR through money transfer to A/c No.29500100005822 of the society in Bank of Baroda, Bopal Branch, Ahmedabad-380058 and providing the transaction details to society.
