You will pull into the pits and stop just to the right of your pitstall, DO NOT PULL INTO YOUR STALL!!!! You will stay there and count to 5 slowly. Then you can go on your way. YOU CANNOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE AT THIS TIME. you must come around again if you want to stop. After the race contact the league admin to inform him that you have served your penalty so you do not get penalised again. If, upon review of the replay, you did not stop for 5 seconds, you will still be assesed the penalty for whatever infraction you committed, so please be sure to stop for 5 seconds, allow yourself a little time to be on the safe side. Remember that a stop and go is usually better then the penalty applied to the end of the race. Also any car receiving service during a stop and go penalty will still be assesed the penalty for the committed infraction. Please read the rules carefully. A stop and go penalty can only be used to remove a ONE LAP penalty. For all other penalties the stop and go will reduce the penalty by ONE LAP but will not wipe out the penalty entirely.
