of taxes, deductions and allocations. The application is capable of handling salary
and hourly requirements and can print payslips accordingly. The payslips shows the
gross pay, any deductions and allocations, and the net pay.

Job Process Management

ChequeTrace ™ creates an extremely efficient system for any client in managing multiple
cheques, post dated, or current. A manageable history of past cheques and due cheques

This application acts like a personal secretary by reminding the user of when to
bank and receive cheques. Its user friendly interface enables the user to enter
pending and postdated cheques. It calculates total outstanding debtors' and creditors'
cheque amounts. The cheques are maintained with different bank accounts which can
be created without any limits in number of accounts. This enables the business owners
to calculate total amount owed to help him take effective action in managing the
financial situation of the business.
