ALL Slaves in Ingis Visucs must have sign of ownership such as but not limited to Collar, Tattoo, Branding Mark.
ALL Slave owners in Ingis Viscus must have proper legal documentation and records of Slave Ownership on hand should question of their Slaves legal ownership arrise.
All Slave owners who are caught without Legal Ownership Records and Documentation on their person are to turn over their Slave to the Ingis Viscus Guard Station and are Given One Week to Fetch the Papers as well as a Witness in Good Standing to vouch for the Papers, then their slave will be returned, If they cannot provide these papers within one week their slave is to be set free within Ingis Viscus and given citizenship, Resistance to this Law is punishable by Inprisonment One Month and Loss of your Slave.
Exception to Above Law - If the slave vouches for their owner to the Guard they will be able to go to the Guard Station and obtain legal Ingis Viscus documentation and records of Slave Ownership
Slaves collared outside of Ingis Viscus do not need to be regestered within Ingis Viscus unless the Owner and Slave are going to take up residence
A Guard is not to question slave ownership unless signs of reason are shown such as slave behavior such as Attempted Flight/Unreasonable Slave Disobediance/Attempted Slave Suicide.
Forced Collaring is Illegal, Any Slave who is collared in Ingis Viscus who can prove to the Guard that they were collared illegally is set free, the person who Illegally cpatured the slave is sentanced to Life Slavery or Death (their Choice)
Killing a Slave as punishment is Illegal
All Slave Punishment must be done outside of Public Buildings.
Any Slave who is without an owner and mark of ownership such as but not limited to Collar Tattoo or Branding mark is a FREE PERSON in Ingis Viscus and returning to slavery is entirely their own decision while they are in Ingis Viscus.
A Free Person may subject themselfs to slavery of their own free will if they wish.
