Ingis Viscus follows a standard moral code that everyone should abide by Murder/Stealing/Assault/Disruptive Threats/Slander/Breaking an entry/Harming another persons property/disruptive intolerance and/or prejudice/invision of privacy/etc. are all illegal acts. If you are unsure of something that isnt specificly listed please whisper gold or ask IC at guard station.
Legal Adult Age is 16
Legal Drinking age is 15
Children under age 13 are to be accompanied by an adult.
Only Legal Adults may own property/rent rooms/etc.
Forced Collaring is Illegal
Forefully Disrupting the duity of the Guard is Illegal
Fighting and Killing are legal if it is Regestered as a Duel with the Guard or Ahnassi
Duels must be regestered as:
-Strike Duel - A number of hits is agreed upon whoever lands the number hits on the oppoent first wins
-First Blood Duel - First person to bleed looses
-Crippling Injury Duel - First person to be injured beyond reasonable ability to fight looses
-Death Duel - Duel to the Death
Any party invovled in a duel may withdraw at any given time and admit defeat all attacks after their withdraw are assualt/attempted murder, Withdraw is done by yelling "withdraw"
Unregestered Fighting is legal if in Self Defense
Unregestered Killing is legal if it is in Self Defense and the only reasonable way to defend ones self
Unregestered Fighting is legal if it is in the aid of a Guard or a Free Person who is drawn into unregestered fighting in their defense (it is perfered that people who give aid to Non-Guards try to Break the Fight Up if at all Possible)
Unregestered Killing is legal if it is in the aid of a Guard who is risking death agaisnt a criminal, or in the aid of a Person who is risking death at the hands of another person (it is perfered that people who give aid to Non-Guards try to Break the Fight Up if at all Possible)
All Bounty Hunters must regester with the Guard Station and have proof of legal hunt verified before they may persue someone, all Bounty Hunts taken Place in Ingis Viscus should be kept non-lethal and non-disruptive to the public whenever possible
All business owners reserve the right to refuse someone business with good reason, Example - cutting someone off at a bar because they are too drunk
Weaponary may be carried but not openly in hand.
Magic is perfectly legal as long as it is not used to disrupt a person or persons freedom, peace, privacy and wellbeing
