The Order of Battle
Battlefields 1 - 9 will be fought using Best Ball battle plans. Two-soldier teams alternate shots in foursomes. Each Soldier drives from the tee. The Best Ball of each team is selected and play continues from the position of the best ball until it is holed. Commanding General decisions on team pairings is critical to match soldier strengths with battlefield layouts.
Battlefields 10 - 18 will be fought using Four-Ball battle plans. One, Two-soldier team faces another. Each soldier on a team plays his/her own ball, and the better score of each team decides the hole. This battle plan allows each soldier to take greater risks when his partner is in good position.
Battlefields 19 - 27 will be fought using singles Match battle plans. Each soldier of one team faces one soldier of the opposite team in one-on-one engagements. The combatants face the same opponent on each battlefield. Each soldier plays his/her own ball, and the better score of each engagement decides the hole.
