| The Birds |
| L to R: Pogo, Speedy, Pudgy, Chubby, Blue, and Shou-bee. |
| These are my birds. They are Bugdies or Parakeets. As anyone wtih birds knows, they all have their own personality's. Three of our birds we bred ourselves. Chubby, Blue and Shou-bee; are the sons of Speedy and Pudgy. |
| Pogo: |
| I bought Pogo in 1997. She was named Pogo because she doesn't try to fly horizontally , but she tries to fly vertically. She hopps up and down to get where she wants to go, like a pogo stick. |
| Speedy: |
| I bought Speedy in 1997. She loves to run around on the floor, FAST. She is the mother of four baby birds. Sadly two of them have died. She is not a very out going bird, but likes to keep to herself. |
| Pudgy: |
| Pudgy is my sister's bird. He was bought in 1997 with his brother Pretty. Pretty died at the age of 2 from an unknown illness. Pudgy had baby birds with Speedy. |
| Chubby: |
| Chubby is the son of Speedy and Pudgy, He is quiet for a boy. He is generally more comfortable around people because we have handled him since he was 2 weeks old. |
| Blue: |
| Blue was my favorite bird. He loved to have his head scratched and sit on our shoulders. Sadly one morning I went to give him a carrot and found him having seizueres. He died within 10 minutes. He was the son of Speedy and Pudgy. |
| Shou-bee: |
| Shou-bee is my sister's bird. He likes to play with our hair and give us kisses. He is the son of Pudgy and Speedy. He was named after a part in a old rock song. |
