With this type of attitude, Luke will go a long way in Martial Arts and life. Congratulations Luke! Please drop your children off 10 minutes prior to when their class starts - this is sizzle time - when the students have a bit of fun before class. Please ensure your children are picked up when class is finished. If your child is to stay and wait, the parents are requested to provide supervision for their child. Thank you for your corporation. Pro Shop Specials: Academy Specials T-Shirts - $5.00 Volume 2 - Accelerated Learning Videos 50% off (limited time offer); these are great home learning videos that include all forms from Blue Belt and up!! Ninjitsu Classes: We held our first Ninjitsu seminar last weekend and it was lots of fun. 10 people from our Dojang attended and we hosted another 15 people from all over Alberta and BC. If you haven't guessed yet, this was our first step in establishing a program in our club. We will be starting a program at our south side location. Depending on time and instructor availability we may be offering a Ninjitsu class at the North Side Dojang as well. If you are interested in attending classes, please inform Master Mollins and further details will be provided. | IN FLANDERS FIELDS In Flanders Fields the poppies blow Between the crosses row on row. That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe; To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields. |
