| This large starship was used by the Commerce Guild as a multi purpose transport. It transported its allies across the galaxy efficiently, but was also used to control the many mines of the Commerce Guild, and deploy Spider Droids into battle. The transport had a small weapons array, though it was hardly an effective method of defence against a large attack. The droids were deployed as quickly as possible, as at this stage the Commerce Guild transport was vunerable to attack. Many transports were present on Geonosis shortly before the outbreak of war, though none participated in defending the Confederate landing sites from Republic attacks. Instead, Presidente Shu Mai ordered her ships to be loaded up with as much as they could salvage from the crisis, and escape into space. Shu Mai herself travelled on a Commerce Guild transport ship to and from Geonosis. |
