As every clonetrooper was CG, not one suit of armour was made for them. For Episode 3, the heads of Temuera Morrison and Bodie Taylor were digitally added to a CG clonetrooper's armoured body

Though the clonetroopers' first engagement on the
seperatist world of Geonosis was a resounding
sucess, the onset of galactic war followed. The clones
were to have many more battles.

    Once the Galactic Senate granted Chancellor
Palpatine with the power to mobilize an army, the
clones were collected from Kamino and sent into battle.
As the Kaminoans had provided various artificial
environments on Kamino, in which to train for battle,
the clonetroopers were ready for their mission. Using
the machines created by Rothana Heavy Engineering,
they invaded Geonosis by force.

    The armour designed by the Kaminoans had a comlink built into the helmet, so commanders could
communicate with their troops and infantry could report to other units. Their enhanced breath filters proved useful on the dusty battleground, while their high-powered weaponry took care of the weaker battle droids.

    Despite their conditioning on Kamino, the clonetroopers were given a certain degree of independance, and as such they could react and respond to the battle around them, unlike the battle droids they faced. The Battle of Geonosis was won, the Confederacy was routed, and the clonetroopers were shipped off across the galaxy to fight in the Clone Wars. Many stayed on Coruscant, while others protected major Republic bases such as Kamino itself.
