Simple Matrix Cipher algorithm. Takes a 3x3 encryption matrix, and
multiplies it by a 1x3 matrix (unencrypted text) giving you another
1x3 matrix (the encrypted text). To decrypt you multiply the encrpted
1x3 matrix by the inverse of the 3x3 matrix.
