It covers an area totalling 74,500 sq. km, Sabah is blessed with natural wonders from Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia to Sipadan Island, the country (Malaysia)'s only true oceanic island and the Rafflesia, the world's largest flower measuring a meter in diameter. Sabah's population is made up of multiple ethnic grouping. A part from Malays, Chinese and Kadazandusun, there are more than 30 ethnic communities in Sabah. Kadazandusun formed the largest ethnic group in Sabah and mostly residing in the interior. Beside the colourful cultural and ethnic backgrounds, Sabah is also the land of full adventures and excitement. Many years ago, Sabah produced many head hunter warriors. On of the legend still being talked about is Monsopiad. From head hunters, it brings us to the mystical Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia. Down below the sea level, you would discover the beauty of the coral reefs and creatures living harmoniously. On top of the land and below the mountain or treetops, you will be greeted by friendly people of Sabah, entertained you to the comfort of the 3 to 5 stars hotels and most excitingly the treasures of Sabah's diversified flora and fauna.
