She married twice. She married Robert Mathews. Robert became the father of Roy Robert Mathews Feb 7 1954. She married Max Farner May 18 1956. Max was born Shepardsville, IN Feb 23 1919. At 39 years of age Max became the father of Darlene Joan Farner June 19 1958.

At 26 years of age Hazel became the mother of Roy Robert Mathews Feb 7 1954. At 31 years of age Hazel became the mother of Darlene Joan Farner June 19 1958.
