At 24 years of age Fred became the father of Ruby Lucille Chitwood Oakwood, IL, Dec 25 1910. At 27 years of age Fred became the father of Ruth Lenora Chitwood Oakwood, IL, Jan 4 1914.

Fred Manning Chitwood and Pearle Mildred Brothers had the following children:

She married Norman Richard Page Oakwood, IL, June 26 1938. Norman was born Danville, IL Jan 31 1908. Norman died Oct 1974 Danville, IL, at 66 years of age.
