VW Beach Buggy
Te roof and fuel tank were the next thing to be fitted and by this stage I had also fitted a flush fit aircaft style fuel filler.  The wiring had also been started which was emmmmm "fun" or so I'm told.
Here's a shot of the interior skull gearknob and skull bolts on the dash (it's a biker thing) I also fitted a clock, oil temp gauge and a volt meter.  After this picture was taken I also fitted billet dash board buttons.
I spent a good 2 months trying to find someone who did the wheels and tyres that I wanted.  The alloys are 8"x15" at the front and 10"x15" at the back with BF Goodrich tyres - the only people it seems who make tyres to fit my alloys.  After fitting them the clearance of the wheels to the wheel arches became a problem but I solved this by getting a set of Spax off road shocks which gave me about 4 inchs more height.

You can also see the Sparco 3 point harnesses I fitted to the car.

Here she is almost finished but there's still wiring and some engine work to be done.
Here she is shortly before her SVA testing and MOT.  Everything works well and I'm just sitting back and waiting at this point for the government to make up their damn minds!
