From 1978 through 1986, Margot Kidder plays Lois Lane in the four feature films starring Christopher Reeve, beginning with Superman: The Movie. In this scene from the well-received sequel, Superman II, Lois is relieved to discover that Clark is the Man of Steel (of course she later loses her memory), giving her the opportunity to tell Superman she is in love with him. As portrayed by Ms. Kidder, Lois's assertiveness is softened by her infatuation with Superman.
