Ok! So, this site award is for Best Fansite. Meaning that your site is either dedicated, or has a large section of Fanart and/or Fanfiction.
1.The layout can be any kind...doesnt matter if its pre-made or even if there isnt one at all! All I care about is good oraganization of the Fanart/Fanfiction, and lots of it! ^_^
2.Also, and this is important, every story and/or piece of art MUST be properly credited!!! @_@

1.I will require that the layout to be yours..seeing as how if I gave YOU an award for it, it wouldnt be fair to the person who actually made the layout! ^_^

3.Please have more than 5 pages. Can be anything..just as long as you have to pages!
4.Remember that your site DOES NOT have to be related to Sailor Moon in ANY way! It can be ANY kind of site! ^_^

1.Your site MUST have a cute layout! I dont care what it is of, but as long as it can be considered cute, thats fine.
