The club
is aware it has a responsibility towards young people playing cricket. It
expects senior members of the club to behave responsibility towards children.
Members
may become aware that a child or young person is being, or is likely to be,
subjected to abuse either physical or emotional. They may observe this
personally or it may be reported to them.
Members
should in every instance: -
Listen
to what the child or young person is saying
Report
what they know to the club chairman or nominated child welfare officer.

respect, regardless of their age, culture, disability, gender, language,
