History
Mei and Jun Chen migrated from Hong Kong in 1972, bringing along with them authenic recipes from their native land. Many of these recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Upon arriving in the U.S., they began selling packaged meals of authentic chinese cuisine to provide for their family.
In 1999 Mei and Jun Chen established Town to introduce quality and style through a broader variety of authentic chinese cuisine in a high-end experience.
