The students will be real estate agents assigned to sell a haunted house. Their goal is to convince a prospective buyer that the house is worth the investment. The objective is to write a one page ad in the newspaper to lure the buyer in, using all of the persuasive techniques that you have learned from exploring the various links. The students will also collaborate on investigating material on the web, researching figurative language, and completing steps 3-8 in the process section.
