Applying Stationery To Outlook Express

I have found that there are a couple of ways to do this. The easiest way is to save your image to your stationery folder in Microsoft Shared.

Program Files<Common Files<Microsoft Shared<Stationery

I used Outlook Express 6 and what I do is open O.E., click on my tools tab at the top of the screen and scroll down to where it says Options. Click there and a box will pop up

Next click on the Compose Button.

Then click on the Create New Button.

This will open a stationery wizzard in OE and here all you have to do is choose which image you want to use for your stationery. It allows you to adjust your marjins, change colors of your text & your font. At the end of the wizzard, name your stationery and you're finished. It's that easy.

So the next time you create new mail and want to use your stationery. Click on the "Create Mail" button at the top of your screen. Then in the box that comes up, click on "Format" & scroll down to where you see "Apply Stationery" and choose which stationery you'd like to use. In order for this to work you must remember that you have to save your images to your Stationery folder in Microsoft Shared.

That's about it for this way of applying stationery to O.E.
