Evaluating Potential

Before a Priest decides to instruct the candidate they must first evaluate them for suitability, the candidate should display the following traits:

  • 1. Commitment
  • 2. Capability
  • 3. Responsibility

    Commitment
Studying and understanding the ways of the Force and Krath is difficult as it is intense. If the candidate does not have the necessary dedication they will become too easily distracted and as a result their training will suffer. For this reason the candidates attention first and foremost must be upon their training, working only upon the tasks set forward by their Priest. They must be willing to accept Krath as a God. If they are unable to adhere to these commitments that are required of them then the potential candidate should not be allowed to undergo Force training.

    Capability
A potential candidate needs to show that they are capable of the demands that will be placed upon them, if they are not upto the task of studying, learning or carrying out missions set by their Priest then the potential candidate should not be allowed to undergo Force training.

    Responsibility
If candidate will be unable to use their power and resources in a manner as laid down by their Priest and Krath, or if they choose personal agendas over the tasks laid out before them then the potential candidate should not be allowed to undergo Force training.

(It should be noted anyone who accepts Krath will be admitted into the Order of Krath and be allowed to participate in Rituals and Worship. Over time they may prove there commitment and be accepted for Force Training.)
