The Krath and the Force The Krath operate on the theory of Chaos. In all aspects of the Order and Rituals, Chaos will be a crucial belief taught. "Only the strong survive." is the fundamental theory and only through Chaos will beings be forced to evolve to survive. There is a strong connection a Krath will feel towards nature and predatory creatures. They hold in high regard creatures that reach the top of there food chain. They also view with distain people, corporations and others who abuse nature. Strip mining, wanton destruction of creatures, blanent polluters are all examples of those types.A Krath follower must learn to struggle and co-exist with an emotional turmoil raging inside. Moment to moment a Krath will experience a wide range of human emotions. Sadness, joy, peace, rage, love and hate. This leaves them very near insanity to almost all who come upon a Krath, especially a higher level Krath force user whose self-destructive nature often makes them a threat to themselves and there peers. Typically a Krath Master is in soliditude alone struggling to gain a deeper connection to Krath and only interacts with his most trusted apprentice, with whom a life-bond keeps him from every pondering over hurting. This chaos theory is also based on the flow of the force. Its nature being one of chaos, every changing and evolving. All force users can see these changes and its a Krath who tries to mimic these changes, internalizing them within. To a Krath, Jedi and Sith only explore a single side of this Chaos choosing to either ignore one side or in the case of the darksider, seek to destroy it. To a Krath other teachings of the force are fundamentally flawed, in that its impossible to ignore what you can see, sense, and feel. A Krath views other force users as ignorant and small minded, doomed to be destroyed or to destroy themselves. If you do not ride the changes of the forces flow and only draw upon one aspect of it, a Krath believes at some point you'll be overtaken by the other aspects. A Krath alters and changes the flow of the force just as any other force user typical does. The difference between normal powers and Krath powers is that the knowledge of Krath Powers are imparted by the entity called Krath. That essence of Krath is left on the soul of the victim tainting him. Any force user should be able to detect that strangeness of the PC if they use sense force in there vicinity. A Krath will feel strange to other force users, like an abonormation of the force, not a whole single spirit. Krath are not inherently evil, nor or they at all good. Hence the level block at 4 for DarkSide powers with the 2 notable exceptions. Total evil doesn't overcome a DarkSide student until knighthood, (which is approx. level 5 in a GE sense). Therefore, a Krath doesn't fully succomb to being evil by using powers of a lesser strength. Powers aren't the only justification of that but there rage, and hatred haven't reached a level where they have totally succombed to them and are capable of using those higher powers. However, as a Krath progresses into the higher levels the temptation and strength is there to fully succomb to the darkside, which is why the law exists for the Krath about using darkside powers. They also have such a skewed view of life that keeps them from being good. They won't help a weaker person, unless of course there is some gain for them out of it, because that is natures way of making stronger beings. There is a fundamental agreement with the darkside philosophy in regards to the weak. Though a Krath never seeks to control others outright, they do share in a general distain for them and are not going to extend themselves, thus making they themselves weaker, for other lifeforms. They may do so without penalty to there personal power or belief system, BUT should they fail at it and harm fall to them it would be a great stain on the spirit of that Krath force user. In essence they agree that the weak are at the mercy of the strong (or other force users) as palpatine taught. Jedi will or should view the Krath as an evil presence and might seek to treat them as typical darksiders. It should be permitted for a Jedi to kill a Krath without it being a darkside action, of course following there guidelines for action against other beings and force users. Krath will and do openly commit actions of "evil", if it makes them stronger, as such they have been known to ally themselves with the Sith. It was an ancient partnership, one in which it was viewed at the time the Sith would be in power and destroy the lightsiders. Thus the balance of power would shift. A Krath follows the changing tides of the Force and thus joined with the Sith. However, if the Sith were to falter a Krath is just as likely to turn on them or abandon them. "Only the strong survive" and a Krath truly will adheres to this principle. They are not to be trusted. They don't trust each other, with the exception of life-bonded partners, and its recommended you do the same. They do not strive for dominance, but instead strive for strength through total chaos. The distinction is unique in that there goals is not to govern the weak, but force them to evolve and become as strong and powerful as they can be, or be destroyed. Either way they view the Chaos as aiding the galaxy and strengthen the Force, thus they are doing there God's bidding. This uniqueness tends to put them at odds with many darksiders who are consumed with power, and rule and order.
