Representative of the Klingon government who attempted to secure the extradition of James Kirk in 2286 so that he could be brought to trial for alleged crimes including the theft of a Klingon spacecraft. The Klingon ambassador also believed, mistakenly, that Kirk had participated in the development of Project Genesis with the intent of using it as a weapon against the Klingon people (Star Trek III: Search for Spock, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country).

Served as guard for Duras and his aide when Duras was trying to become Chancellor of the High Council after K'mpec's passing. (Reunion)
