It is used to cover the first-time expenses on the deal as well ass to guarantee your interest. Total fee for our service should be paid ofter the deal is finalized and it is aqual to 6% of the property price. If the current owner of the property wants payment in advance, we shall inform you so that it could be made in time. Service fees do not include expenses for your transport and accommodation. If we goin to complete the deal without you presense in the country, we shall calculate all extra expenses on our transport, observation and photographing of different properties. Your presense is not necessary for the legalization of the paperworks. A warrant of attorney is issued to authorize us to complete the deal. It should be written in a way which guarantees loyalty to both sides. In order to present the above stared warrant of attorney, you need to use the services of a local judicial councelor and then send it to us for approval.
