About School Community Grants

 $8,000 was awarded in School Community Grants in June of 2000 to be implemented by May 2001.  The maximum award is $2000 per project.

Application for School Community Grants are open to school improvement teams made up of the building principal, teacher, administrators, parents and community members.  Projects may directly involve students or provide professional development and training opportunities for staff involved in a project's implementation. 

School Community Grant proposals selected for funding are decided by the KPEF Board's program committee.
