The following links display the
text of the Kosrae State Constitution, the supreme law of the land in the State
of Kosrae. Any law or other government
action that conflicts with the Constitution is void. The Constitution is presented in a Kosraean language and an
English language version. In case of
conflict between the two versions, the Kosraean language version takes
precedence. The text is updated through
April 15, 2001. Although every effort
was made to avoid errors, the Legislature cannot guarantee the accuracy of
these documents.
