• Purpose: Encode standard PCM wave files to MP3 format and Vice-Versa through LAME encoding software

  This is basically a ghetto graphical frontend to the console-based LAME encoder frontend. It's cheap, but it works. You don't have to have LAME for this program to work. It can also accept command line parameters for those who feel so inclined as to use the command line.
  
  The source code I added is included in the zip file, it goes by the name of new.c. Most people can simply delete it.
