He married Sofia Toff. Sofia was born October 12, 1885. Sofia died 1969 in Beer Sheva, Israel, at 83 years of age.

Samuel Kaplan and Sofia Toff had the following children:

+ 4 i. Manuel³ Kaplan was born December 14, 1905.

5 ii. Elena Kaplan was born in Dominguez, Entre Rios, Argentina 1908. Elena died 1999 in Tivon, Israel, at 91 years of age. She married Leon Liebeschutz. Leon was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina 1894. Leon was the son of Salomon Liebeschutz. Leon died 1987 at 93 years of age. (See Leon Liebeschutz for the continuation of this line.)
