Sung Hi Lee Biography: Sung Hi Lee was born on April 1, 1970 in South Korea, moving to the US in 1978. In 1988, Sung Hi was discovered by her future agent Jim Whitehead at a Dallas nightclub. After giving up on college and her dream as a doctor, Lee put her efforts full-time into modeling. In 1995, she got her first big break, placing 3rd in the Hawaiian Tropic Beauty Contest. The contest led to advertisements for Hawaiian Tropics, Sunkist, Chrysler Plymouth, and Hilton Hotel. In 1996, Pacific USA shot her for their Pacific USA calendar and featured her on the cover.
